Will the EU markets continue to climb?

News - Economy

There are no translations available.

Last week was, like the last weeks, again a good week for people making the first steps back into the markets. I have made a 12% gain by investing in ING GROUP two weeks ago. And all indicators are showing that also today, in 1.5 hours time, the European trade markets will open higher again.

The Asian markets are still trading in the positive, small gains but still positive.

The futures are even climbing, so we might be looking towards another great week. But I am very carefull though, since the markets can not be too far ahead on the actual economy, which is clearly still decaying and not recovering at all. We only see positive reactions on the slower than expected decay. Which might (!) indicate a forming of a bottom.

If you see me with stress on my face, than the markets made a correction and I might have lost quite some previously made gains.

HSBC, as just announched, is likely to announche later today that the US branch is likely to underperform. Those reports are not good if found to be true...
